Frequently asked questions.
What material do you use for your products?
Our Lo Collar is made by vegetable-tanned leathers with European origin. The buckle and the d-ring are made by brass.
How can I be sure you are producing your collars ethically and sustainably?
We produce and design our products in Sweden. The leathers come from cattle and are a by-product of the meat industry. By using real leather and brass we ensure a long-lasting product.
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 1-year warranty on the collar’s functionality, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note that leather and brass are natural materials that will develop a unique patina over time. Signs of everyday wear—such as softening, slight color changes, and surface marks—are a normal part of the collar’s natural aging and are not considered defects.
How often do you ship?
We ship with PostNord and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days, depending on the day of the week the order is placed.
What size do your collars come in?
Our first product comes in S/M - adjustable from 28 cm to 36 cm. Designed to fit small to medium-sized dogs such as Poodles, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Jack Russell Terriers, Beagles. For the best fit, measure your dog’s neck and ensure it falls comfortably within the size range, leaving room for two fingers between the collar and neck.
How can I care for my collar?
Leather is a natural material that will age beautifully with proper care. To keep your dog collar in good condition for years to come, follow these guidelines:
Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If the collar gets wet, remove it from your dog and let it air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use heat sources, as they can dry out and damage the leather.
Clean gently when needed. Wipe the leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dirt. Avoid harsh chemicals or detergents.
Condition the leather occasionally. Use a small amount of leather conditioner or leather balm to keep the leather soft and prevent it from drying or cracking. Apply sparingly and wipe off any excess.
Care for the brass hardware. Brass may develop a natural patina over time. If desired, you can polish it gently with a soft cloth to restore its shine, avoiding contact with the leather.
Store properly. When not in use, store the collar in a dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
With regular care, the leather will develop a beautiful patina, and the brass details will age gracefully, making each collar unique.
